What data we collect

Payment processing
Payments are handled by Paddle.com Market Ltd, which acts as the merchant of record and processes payments on our behalf. Your payment data is handled securely in accordance with their privacy policy.
Email service provider
We use MailerLite as our email service provider. When you request our free guide, MailerLite processes your first name and email address to send you the guide and our emails. You can unsubscribe from any email at any time using the link included in every message.
Instagram automation
We use ManyChat to send automated direct messages on Instagram when you interact with our posts, stories or ads (for example, commenting a keyword or sending us a DM). ManyChat processes your Instagram username and message content to deliver these automated replies.
Data sharing
Your data is not sold. It may be shared with Paddle where necessary to process payments, and with ManyChat, Google and Meta only where necessary to deliver the services described above and, in the case of Google and Meta, only when you consent to the relevant analytics or marketing cookies. We may also share data where required by law. Your data may be processed outside the European Economic Area by these providers in accordance with applicable data protection safeguards.
Data retention
Your data is retained only as long as necessary to provide the product and comply with legal obligations.
Your rights
You have the right to: request access to your data; request correction or deletion; object to processing; request restriction of processing; and lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
